UB40 bassist Earl Falconer has been prohibited from run companies for quatern years

The bassist of 1980s reggae banding UB40 has been banned from track companies for quaternion years afterward a bust-up over bookkeeping.

Earl Falconer was bolted because his fellowship Reflexive Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't reasonably burst the take with creditors.

The group's business organization handler David Parker and associate music director lanciao Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-class bans respectively. 

It is understood deuce former ex-stria members were among the creditors.
